Cancellation Policy

Please note that private lesson fees are non-refundable if cancelled by the guest(s)*. If you need to reschedule (once per session), please reach out to us: contact@BOINK-ed.com In the event that our instructor is unavailable, attempts will be made to reschedule or a full refund will be provided. *Exception: In the case of medical emergencies (doctor's note required) BOINK will provide a 50% refund.
