Product Refunds & Returns Policy
Given the intimate nature of our products, all sales are considered final, bearing in mind that many products provide a manufacturer warranty between one and five years. Event Refund Policy
Event tickets can be refunded in full up to seven days before the event date by completing our Contact Us Form or emailing contact@BOINK-ed.com
If correspondence is sent within less than seven days prior to the event date, tickets cannot be refunded. This is to reflect that many of our events have limited capacity due to space or instructional value. Our events and workshops commonly sell out quickly, eliminating the possibility of finding a replacement guest to fill the open spot in less than a week's time.
While most of our items are available on hand and ship from our location within 2 to 3 business days, please allow for some extenuating circumstances. Occasionally, high-demand or holidays may result in delays. Our processing and shipping window allows for 10-14 business days at most.
Currently, our shipping services are provided by USPS Priority/First Class and UPS Ground with tracking numbers sent directly to the customer's email on file upon shipment. Packages will come in either black/prismatic-colored bubble mailers, or reused cardboard packaging.
Return addresses will read "Newfound Knowledge" to keep contents discreet.
Shipping is provided to the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories.
