About the Event

Step into The Kink Lab, an immersive, body-centered exploration of power, play, and pleasure. This experiential workshop series blends somatic movement, guided meditation, shadow work, journaling, and interactive group discussions and practices to help you discover your unique kink identity—whether primarily Dominant, submissive, or somewhere in between.

Through breathwork, dynamic movement, and playful power exchange exercises, you'll embody different roles, release shame, and develop deeper self-awareness. Explore the push and pull of control and surrender, move beyond mental analysis into felt experience, and uncover the desires that live within your body.

Class 3: Embodiment (June 18th)

This workshop series will be most meaningful for those new to kink or those recognizing they have desires outside the role they've historically embraced.  Come with an open heart willing to listen to what your body and subconscious want you to know about yourself.
