The Five Gateways: A Tantric Immersion

About the Workshop:

Enter the temple of your body through the five gateways: breath, sound, movement, touch, and stillness. This 4-hour tantric immersion invites you to awaken each gateway as a portal into deeper connection with yourself and others. Through guided practices, partner exchanges, and collective ritual, you will learn to open your body as an instrument of presence and connection. Each gateway becomes a language:

• Breath: the current that grounds you and links you to those around you.

• Sound: the vibration that frees your authentic expression and invites others to hear you.

• Movement: the dance that opens new ways of being seen and felt.

• Touch: the art of contact, both given and received, as a pathway to trust.
