Tantric Date Night: Practices for Couples

VIRTUAL Event Details:

Tantric Date Night is a guided, couples-friendly evening for partners who want to feel close again without the pressure of performance. We slow everything down. You will learn simple practices to regulate your nervous systems together, drop out of your heads and into your bodies, name desire and boundaries with honesty, and rebuild the present, embodied connection that everyday life erodes. Trauma-informed and fully consent-based throughout: every practice is opt-in, cameras optional, and you move only as far as feels good.

No experience needed.

What to bring: your partner and a quiet, private space (a candle or blanket if you like). No prerequisites. You will leave with practices you can keep using at home.
