CLASS INFO:

This class is designed for those looking to learn the basic foundations and building blocks required to begin rope suspension work. We will address additional safety precautions, up-lines, lock-offs, and suspension-specific harnesses. 

• This class is open to those who have attended a B.O.I.N.K. 102 Class or equivalent workshop. {Knowledge of a secure single column and basic hitches are necessary.}
• This class is self-tie and partnered-tying friendly.
• This class requires between two or three 30-foot bundles of rope and (most importantly) a safety cutting tool.
• Please wear fitted athletic/yoga-style attire. This avoids bunching, pinching, and a proper fit of rope against the body.
• Also suggested: water bottle and simple aftercare items such as snacks and a small blanket
