This class is designed for those looking looking to learn the basic foundations and building blocks required to begin rope suspension work. We will address additional safety precautions, up-lines, lock-offs, and suspension-specific harnesses.Â
- This class is open to those that have attended a B.O.I.N.K. 102 Class or equivalent workshop.
- This class is self-tie and partnered-tying friendly.
- This class requires between two or three 30 foot bundles of rope and (most importantly) a safety cutting tool.
- Please wear fitted athletic/yoga style attire. This avoids bunching, pinching, and a proper fit of rope against the body.
- Please bring water and one yoga mat or blanket.
