Masochistic Yoga

Class Details:

Whether you’re a beginner yogi or a master of the eight paths this class is intended on taking you on a trip of self awareness and body enlightenment. This power yoga class will be extremely beginner friendly with modifications to amp up or modify down as necessary. You will be a taking vinyasa, power style focused class, raising your blood pressure, garnering a sweat, and showing love (& discipline) to those often underused and forgotten about muscles. If you’re a masochist, or know one, bring them to class for some mutually ensured suffering that’ll leave you relishing in exhaustion. 

Damian will be going over: 

• Basic safety concerns & precautions when jumping into a yoga class. 

• Foundational poses to build a personal routine.

• 75 minute class practicing power yoga.
