About the Class:
A Liquid Motion class is a dance and movement education style that focuses on creating fluid, sensual, and seamless movement through floorwork techniques, incorporating basic dance theory while emphasizing body awareness and controlled transitions, designed to be accessible for all levels and aiming to teach students how to move their bodies with a natural, organic quality, often utilizing pelvic initiation and full spine articulation as key elements; essentially, it's a class that teaches you how to move gracefully and expressively on the floor, with a focus on the sensual aspects of movement.
In a Liquid Motion class you will learn:
How to move with fluidity and grace on the floor
Techniques for connecting with your body and exploring sensual movement
Understanding the role of the pelvis in movement
