Flow Jam: Spin, Twirl, & Unwind
Bring your hoops, poi, staffs, fans, levitation wands, flow toys, and anything else that makes your brain go pleasantly quiet while your body gets moving!
Flow Jam is a two-hour, donation-based open jam for folks who love flow arts and want a place to play, practice, experiment, and connect with other humans who get it. No class, no curriculum, no performance required. Just bring your favorite flow toys, find your space, put on some music, and get your flow on.
Whether you're a seasoned spinner, a total beginner, or somewhere delightfully in between, you're welcome here. Work on that move you've been trying to nail, rediscover an old favorite, trade tips with fellow flow artists, or simply spend two hours making pretty things move while hanging out with your community.
