We'll start with a cultural deconstruction of monogamy, then explore the many shapes CNM can take, from open relationships and swinging to polyfidelity and relationship anarchy.

But this isn’t just a CNM 101—this is where the rubber meets the relationship road. We’ll talk metamours, polycules, and hinge problems. We’ll unpack how parallel, garden party, and kitchen table arrangements really feel. And we’ll offer tangible tools for emotional regulation, communication, and yes, even how to practice compersion (or at least fake it until you’re a duck).
