WORKSHOP INFO:

Discover the intricacies of floorwork with our rope instructor Kayla. This class delves into the finer details, techniques, and connections for a range of experiences. Explore predicament bindings, decorative knots, the significance of tension, incorporating accessories, and more. Rest assured, the class will begin with a brief safety review as always.

• This class is open to those with at least intermediate experience level.
• Please have knowledge of single column knots, and basic hitches/frictions.
• This class is self-tie and partnered-tying friendly.
• This class requires between two or three 30 foot bundles of rope and (most importantly) a safety cutting tool.
• Please wear fitted athletic/yoga style attire. This avoids bunching, pinching, and a proper fit of rope against the body.
• Please bring water and one yoga mat or blanket.

Class Limit: 11 Couples/22 Individuals

Minimum: Classes do have a 4 person minimum. If we do not meet this minimum, class will be rescheduled (and refunds issued) to a new date.
