Sweet, Solo, & Sinful is a confidence-forward, feel-good burlesque workshop centered on self-love, sensual awareness, and the art of moving for yourself. Through slow, sultry movement, intentional self-touch, and playful exploration, you’ll learn how to savor your own presence, tease with intention, and move in ways that feel deliciously affirming.
Expect a supportive, judgment-free space where softness meets sass. We’ll break down flirtatious burlesque basics, explore expressive hands and body lines, and practice connecting with your own sensual energy — no audience required. Whether you’re brand new to burlesque or reconnecting with your inner vixen, this class is about permission, pleasure, and owning your solo spotlight.
